Maple Sugar Sweets Shop Returns and We Hope to See You Again!
Rick’s Sugar Shack will be hosting the annual ” Christmas in the Big Red House” Shop on Saturday December 11 and Sunday December 12 from 1:00-5:00. Connecticut Maple Syrup in traditional jugs of all sizes and decorative glass bottles will be available along with homemade maple products such as maple mustard, popcorn, fudge, candy, maple balsamic salad dressing, yummy baked goods, maple bread and more!
Enjoy the country Christmas decor while sampling all of the maple products and hot apple cider. Seasonal gifts will also be available. Purchases can be boxed for you to ship. Rick’s Sugar Shack is located at 69 Collie Brook Rd, East Hampton and signs will be posted at the corner of Rt 16 and S. Main or Tartia Rd. Follow the lighted walkway to enter the red house. This annual meeting brings in thousands of folks across the world from the top experts in sugaring, research folks in sugaring, marketing folks across the board and the list goes on. One doesn’t have to be part of Maple Sugaring to participate in all the activities that go on. It is open to the public as well. Many sugar houses will be open in CT during that time for folks to stop in and see how CT does the process.
