Hello Friends of Everything Maple! Here’s a 2012 calendar for our Season and Special Events:
Hello Friends of Rick’s Sugar Shack,
The ultra warm weather has put a much earlier end than usual to the sugaring season this year.
So- if you haven’t been by yet and were planning on it- come on over Saturday from 9-3 as Rick boils down for the last time.
In addition- a Pancake Breakfast will be served from 9-11 and all proceeds will be donated to the Congregational Church of East Hampton Seeds of Hope Mission Trip to Pine Ridge, South Dakota this summer. Trip participants will be flipping pancakes along with sausages, hot and cold beverages and of course Rick’s syrup.
The Maple Sweets Shop will also be open- offering all our maple syrup, baked goods and tasty products.
Maple Syrup is available year round by appointment (860-267-7117) and you can also find us at the
East Hampton Farmers Market every Saturday from June 30-October 6th.

be available to take home as well! Also-this year we have added a Country Store line of pickles, jams and more!
***New this year: Every Saturday in March 2012 starting 3/10- 3/31 from 9:00-11:00
Join us in the Maple Sweets Cafe for a PANCAKE BREAKFAST featuring
sausage, hot or cold beverages and plenty of Rick’s maple syrup! Proceeds from
the breakfast will be donated to the Congregational Church of East Hampton Seeds of Hope Mission trip
to Pine Ridge, South Dakota this summer. Trip participants will be on hand each week cooking up and
serving you hot cakes-so bring the family and your friends for a great start to your day!
The Sugar Shack and Sweets Shop will open one hour earlier each of these Saturdays as well
Got a group, or know of a group that would like a private tour? These can be arranged for during a week day or

And finally- remember if you can’t get here on a weekend you can give us a call at 860-267-7117 to arrange a
time to come by and pick up some syrup. We also can ship an order for a gift.
And now we also do party, wedding, or special event favors for small or large occasions. Let us know
